09h30 OUVERTURE DE LA SALLE
• Les invités d'une personne diplômée qui n’est pas présente ne pourront pas accéder à la grande salle.
• Les diplômées et diplômés doivent se munir de leur billet imprimé ou sur leur portable qu’ils présenteront au contrôle d'accès.
• Accessibilité : des places adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite sont proposées. Les besoins sont à indiquer lors de l’inscription. La cérémonie sera sur-titrée en français et en anglais.
10h30 CÉRÉMONIE
• Les diplômées et diplômés sont appelés individuellement à monter sur scène pour recevoir leur satisfecit. (Pour rappel, il n’y a pas de remise de diplôme officiel pendant cette cérémonie, plus d’informations ici).
• La cérémonie se déroule principalement en langue française, elle est simultanément sur-titrée en français et en anglais.
• Les photos des temps forts de la cérémonie sont mises en ligne à J+5 dans la galerie dédiée sur ce site.
14h00 COCKTAIL
La cérémonie sera suivie d'un cocktail à Saint-Thomas.

• Graduates must be present at the ceremony in order to allow their guests' entry to the auditorium.
• You will be asked to show your e-ticket on your phone or a printed version in order to gain access to the venue.
• Accessibility: adapted places for people with reduced mobility are available. Please indicate your needs when registering. The ceremony will be surtitled in French and English.

The graduation ceremony will be followed by a cocktail reception at Saint-Thomas.

Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu’au 14 mai 2025 à 12h00 (heure de Paris).
• Vous pouvez également demander jusqu'à deux invitations supplémentaires. Les demandes seront traitées à partir du 15 mai 2025, en fonction des places disponibles restantes, selon le principe du « premier arrivé, premier servi ». En cas d’acceptation de votre ou vos demande(s), une participation aux frais d’organisation de la cérémonie, d’un montant de 60 euros par invité supplémentaire, vous sera demandée.
• La confirmation de la prise en compte de l’inscription de vos invités interviendra à partir du 22 mai 2025.
• Quelques jours après les résultats du Jury du diplôme, vous recevrez, comme vos invités, votre billet électronique par email.
• En cas d'annulation de votre participation à la cérémonie, merci de nous en informer via le mail de contact : graduation@sciencespo.fr
REGISTER YOURSELF AND YOUR GUESTS
Registration is open until 14 May 2025 at midday (Paris time).
• You can also request up to two additional invitations. Requests will be processed starting from 15 May 2025, based on remaining available spots, on a first-come, first-served basis. If your request for additional invitations is accepted, a participation fee of 60 euros per additional guest will be required to cover the organization costs of the ceremony.
• You will receive an acknowledgement of the registration of your guests from 22 May 2025.
• Shortly after the results of the graduation Jury, you and your guests will receive your tickets by email.
• Should you wish to cancel your places for the ceremony, please inform us by email to: graduation@sciencespo.fr

Information importante : Munissez-vous d’une pièce d’identité pour le contrôle d’accès. Évitez les valises et sacs de voyage. Aucun vestiaire ne sera disponible pendant la cérémonie.
Important information: Please make sure you bring some identification to show at the entrance. You are requested to avoid bringing suitcases and travel bags. No cloakroom will be available during the ceremony.

Your presence is mandatory in order for the persons registered as your guests to gain entry. Students may request extra places, subject to availability.
Once you have registered you will be sent an acknowledgement detailing the information you have entered. This is not a confirmation of registration, which will be sent to you a few days after the closing date of registration.You will receive confirmation of your registration from 22 May.
During registration, you may request extra seats, subject to availability (on a first-come first-served basis). If there are no places available, you can ask to be informed of any remaining places after registration is complete. A contribution of 60 euros towards organisational costs and the cocktail will be payable for each extra guest.
Please write to graduation@sciencespo.fr indicating your name, Master’s programme and student ID, along with the names of your guests.
Smart dress is recommended.
Both French and English are spoken during the ceremonies. The main language used at your ceremony will be indicated in the programme. The ceremony will also be surtitled in French and English.
Tickets will be sent to graduating students and their guests following the results of the graduation Jury, at the latest 48 hours before the ceremony.
No, you must be present from the beginning of the ceremony, as there may be last-minute changes to the order of events.
Name changes can be made on the registration website until 17 June.
You can use the link in the registration email if it is still active. Alternatively write to graduation@sciencespo.fr, indicating your full name, Master’s, School and student ID. The possibility of registering guests will not be guaranteed and will depend on availability.

Yes, following deliberation by the graduation Jury, conditional graduates can attend the ceremonies.
First of all, please check your spam folder to make sure the message has not been rerouted. If this is not the case, we need to check whether you are part of the 2025 cohort for the Jury in June or February 2025. Please contact us at graduation@sciencespo.fr, indicating your full name, Master’s, School and student ID.
General images of the ceremony, group photos and photos of each graduate will be available on this website 5 days after the ceremonies. The photos of each ceremony will only be accessible by those registered. You and your guests will have the right to suppress data about yourself.
No. Graduating students are called to receive their congratulatory certificate and graduation scarf at the same time as all students from their Master’s.
The scarves and certificates are only available to those participating in the ceremonies. The congratulatory certificates are symbolic and should not be confused with the official diplomas or graduation certificates. More details here.
