09h30 OUVERTURE DES PORTES DU GRAND REX

• Les diplômées et diplômés sont regroupés par master et sont donc placés dans des espaces distincts de leurs invitées et invités.
• Les invités d'une personne diplômée qui n’est pas présente ne pourront pas accéder à la Grande Salle.
• Les diplômées et diplômés doivent se munir de leur billet sur leur portable ou imprimé qu’ils présenteront au contrôle d'accès.
• Accessibilité : des places adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite sont proposées. Les besoins sont à indiquer lors de l’inscription. La cérémonie sera sur-titrée en français et en anglais.

 

10h30 CÉRÉMONIE

• Différentes prises de parole d’invités d’honneur et de membres de la direction de Sciences Po ponctuent la cérémonie.
• Les diplômées et diplômés sont appelés individuellement à monter sur scène pour recevoir leur satisfecit et une écharpe de diplômé. (Pour rappel, il n’y a pas de remise de diplôme officiel pendant cette cérémonie, plus d’informations ici).
• La cérémonie se déroule principalement en langue française, elle est simultanément sur-titrée en français et en anglais.
• Une retransmission en direct de la cérémonie est disponible sur ce site et sur la chaîne Youtube de Sciences Po.
• Les photos des temps forts de la cérémonie sont mises en ligne à J+5 dans la galerie dédiée sur ce site.
 

12h30 COCKTAIL
La cérémonie sera suivie d'un cocktail à Saint-Thomas.

9:30 AM OPENING OF THE DOORS OF GRAND REX

• Graduates will be grouped together by Master’s and therefore will be placed separately from their guests.
• Graduates must be present at the ceremony in order to allow their guests' entry to the Grande Salle.
• You will be asked to show your e-ticket on your phone or a printed version in order to gain access to the venue.
• Accessibility: adapted places for people with reduced mobility are available. The ceremony will be surtitled in French and English.

 

10:30 AM CEREMONY

• Guest speakers and members of Sciences Po’s management will intervene during the ceremony.
• Graduates will be called on stage individually to receive their congratulatory certificate and graduation scarf. (Please note: the official diploma will not be given out during this ceremony, more information here).
• The ceremony will be held mainly in French, with simultaneous surtitles in French and English.
• A live broadcast will be available on this website and on Sciences Po’s YouTube channel.
• Photos of the highlights will be posted on this website 5 days after the ceremony.
 

12:30 PM COCKTAIL
Graduation ceremonie will be followed by a cocktail reception at Saint-Thomas.

S'INSCRIRE ET INSCRIRE SES INVITÉS
Les inscriptions sont ouvertes jusqu’au 13 mai 2024 à 12h00 (heure de Paris).

• Vous pouvez inscrire comme invités deux personnes de votre choix. Passée la date de fin des inscriptions, cette possibilité n’est plus garantie.
• Deux places supplémentaires vous sont proposées. Une participation aux frais d’organisation de la cérémonie de 60 euros vous sera alors demandée par invité supplémentaire.
• La confirmation de la prise en compte de l’inscription de vos invités interviendra à partir du 14 mai 2024.
• Quelques jours après les résultats du Jury du diplôme, vous recevrez, comme vos invités, votre billet électronique par email.
• En cas d'annulation de votre participation à la cérémonie, merci de nous en informer via le mail de contact:

REGISTER YOURSELF AND YOUR GUESTS
Registration is open until 13 May 2024 at midday (Paris time).

• You can register two guests of your choice. If you have not done so by the deadline, this possibility will no longer be guaranteed.
• You will be able to register two additionals guests. A contribution of 60 euros towards organisational costs, will be payable for any extra guest.
• You will receive an acknowledgement of the registration of your guests from 14 May 2024.
• Shortly after the results of the graduation Jury, you and your guests will receive your tickets by email.
• Should you wish to cancel your places for the ceremony, please inform us by email to: graduation2024@sciencespo.fr

Les cérémonies se dérouleront dans la Grande Salle du Grand Rex - 1 Bd Poissonnière, 75002 Paris
 

Information importante : Munissez-vous d’une pièce d’identité pour le contrôle d’accès. Évitez les valises et sacs de voyage. Aucun vestiaire ne sera disponible pendant la cérémonie.

Important information: Please make sure you bring some identification to show at the entrance.You are requested to avoid bringing suitcases and travel bags. No cloakroom will be available during the ceremony.

Direct depuis Strasbourg Saint-Denis pour aller à Saint-Thomas (8 stations).

Voiture
Nous vous recommandons de bien étudier votre trajet en raison de la préparation des JO 2024.

La place de la Concorde sera complètement fermée à la circulation à partir du 1er juin 2024.
La zone Champ de Mars-Trocadéro sera aussi en chantier à partir du mois de mars 2024 et progressivement totalement fermée d'ici juillet notamment sur la partie sud de la place du Trocadéro ainsi que sur l'Avenue des Nations Unis et le Pont d'Iéna
Le pont Alexandre 3 et le Cours de la Reine le long de la Seine seront fermés.

We recommend that you carefully consider your route due to the preparations for the 2024 Olympics.

The Place de la Concorde will be completely closed to traffic from June 1, 2024.
The Champ de Mars-Trocadéro area will also be under construction from March 2024, and will be progressively closed by July, notably on the southern part of Place du Trocadéro, as well as on Avenue des Nations Unis and Pont d'Iéna.
The Alexandre 3 bridge and the Cours de la Reine along the Seine will be closed.

Votre présence est obligatoire pour permettre l’accès à vos invités. Les autres diplômé(e)s peuvent toujours demander des places supplémentaires, dans la limite des places disponibles. 


Your presence is mandatory in order for the persons registered as your guests to gain entry. Students may request extra places, subject to availability. 

À l’issue de votre inscription vous recevez un accusé de réception reprenant les informations que vous avez saisies. Attention la confirmation d’inscription n’interviendra que quelques jours après la clôture de la période d’inscription. Vous recevrez une confirmation d’inscription à partir du 14 mai.


Once you have registered you will be sent an acknowledgement detailing the information you have entered. This is not a confirmation of registration, which will be sent to you a few days after the closing date of registration.You will receive confirmation of your registration from 14 May.

Lors de votre inscription, vous pouvez faire une demande d’invités supplémentaires dans la limite des places disponibles (sur le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi). Une participation aux frais d’organisation de la cérémonie de 60 euros vous sera alors demandée par invité supplémentaire. Sachez qu’une retransmission en direct des cérémonies sera disponible sur ce site.


During registration, you may request extra seats, subject to availability (on a first-come first-served basis). If there are no places available, you can ask to be informed of any remaining places after registration is complete. A contribution of 60 euros towards organisational costs and the cocktail will be payable for each extra guest. Please note that the ceremonies will be streamed live on this website.

Le français et l’anglais sont utilisés au cours des cérémonies. La langue principale utilisée lors de votre cérémonie est indiquée sur le programme. La cérémonie sera sur-titrée en français et en anglais.


Both French and English are spoken during the ceremonies. The main language used at your ceremony will be indicated in the programme. The ceremony will also be surtitled in French and English.

Les billets seront envoyés aux diplômé(e)s et à leurs invités à la suite de la publication des résultats du jury et au plus tard 48h avant la cérémonie.


Tickets will be sent to graduating students and their guests following the results of the graduation Jury, at the latest 48 hours before the ceremony.

Non, vous devez être présent dès le début de votre cérémonie, des aléas pouvant nécessiter la modification au dernier moment des ordres de passages des masters.

Oui, les diplômé(e)s conditionnel(le)s à l’issue du Jury du diplôme peuvent participer aux cérémonies.


Yes, following deliberation by the graduation Jury, conditional graduates can attend the ceremonies.

Vous devez en premier lieu vérifier dans vos messages indésirables que vous n’avez pas reçu d’invitation. Si ce n’est pas le cas, nous devons vérifier que vous êtes bien inscrit(e) dans la cohorte du Jury de juin 2024 ou que vous êtes diplômé(e) du Jury de février 2024. Merci de nous écrire à graduation2024@sciencespo.fr en indiquant vos nom, prénom, école, master et numéro étudiant.

Des photos d’ambiance de la cérémonie, des photos de chaque diplômé(e) et des photos de groupe seront mises en ligne cinq jours après les cérémonies sur ce site. Les photos ne seront accessibles cérémonie par cérémonie qu’aux seules personnes inscrites.Vous, et vos invités, disposez d’un droit de suppression.


General images of the ceremony, group photos and photos of each graduate will be available on this website 5 days after the ceremonies. The photos of each ceremony will only be accessible by those registered. You and your guests will have the right to suppress data about yourself.

Non Les diplômé(e)s sont appelés à recevoir leur satisfecit et leur écharpe au moment du passage de leur master.


No. Graduating students are called to receive their congratulatory certificate and graduation scarf at the same time as all students from their Master’s.

Les écharpes et les satisfecits sont uniquement disponibles pour les personnes participant aux cérémonies. Les satisfecits sont des documents avant tout symboliques et ne doivent pas être confondus avec les certificats ou diplômes. Plus d’information ici.


The scarves and certificates are only available to those participating in the ceremonies. The congratulatory certificates are symbolic and should not be confused with the official diplomas or graduation certificates. More details here.
